MIRACLE GLOSSTM NO. 8 2.0 Maximum Mold Release Wax is a costly blend of imported waxes specially formulat- ed to provide the maximum number of releases per appli- cation. Especially useful on plugs, new molds, and tooling. MIRACLE GLOSSTM NO. 8 2.0 Maximum Mold Release Wax is formulated to provide the applicator a very easy to use wipe on and wipe off experience allowing the optimum thickness of wax on the mold surface. After hazing it is ex- tremely easy to wipe off reducing the time required to apply and wipe off compared to other wax release agents.

Uses
MIRACLE GLOSSTM NO. 8 2.0 Maximum Mold Release Wax is used to release GRP, FRP, and other composite applications.
Direction for Use
Recommended Procedure
1. For highest quality parts, proceed with progressive abra- sives up to P2500 followed by Machine Cleaner, Machine Glaze, and MIRACLE GLOSSTM Mold Cleaner followed by one
(1) or two (2) applications of MIRACLE GLOSSTM Mold Sealer.
2. For best results, use an applicator sponge to apply and a
micro fiber towel to wipe off.
3. For new molds or plugs apply three (3) to six (6) coats of MIRACLE GLOSSTM NO. 8 2.0 Maximum Mold Release Wax allowing each coat to haze up before wiping off with a micro fiber towel. The sooner the wax is removed after hazing the easier it is to remove.
4. Allow 15-30 minutes between applications/coats.
5. If MIRACLE GLOSSTM NO. 8 2.0 Maximum Mold Release Wax is being used on a new mold or plug, it is recommended that PVA be used over the MIRACLE GLOSSTM NO. 8 2.0 Maximum Mold Release for the first one (1) or two (2) molding cycles.
6. After the first two (2) molding cycles, apply one (1) more coat of MIRACLE GLOSSTM NO. 8 2.0 Maximum Mold Release Wax. Under optimal conditions it is now possible to achieve multiple releases before a new application of MIRACLE GLOSSTM NO. 8 2.0 Maximum Mold Release Wax is required.
